This session concentrates on releasing muscular tension through targeted massage of the neck, shoulders, upper back, scalp, and external jaw muscles. Techniques are applied gradually to reduce guarding and allow deeper muscles to release comfortably without overwhelming the body.

Headache & Tension Tune-Up: 30 Minutes

This session works best as maintenance care or a quick reset when symptoms begin to build again. It is not intended to replace full therapeutic sessions but to support continued progress and comfort between visits.
