Using the Chios energy healing technique, we’ll begin by working with your chakra system and the auric field. Chios is a gentle yet profound method that helps to align and energize your chakras, clearing any imbalances and revitalizing your entire being. As we work through the layers of your energetic field, we’ll address emotions and traumas that may be trapped within, gently guiding them to the surface for healing and release.

This session also includes inner child healing, where we connect with and nurture the parts of you that may have been wounded or neglected in the past. By addressing these deep-seated emotional patterns, we open the door to profound healing and self-love.
